**Job Title: Hotel Groundskeeper**

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Hotel Groundskeeper to join our hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the exterior areas of our hotel, ensuring that guests enjoy a visually appealing and safe environment. This position plays a crucial role in enhancing our guests' experience by maintaining beautifully landscaped surroundings and clean outdoor spaces.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Maintain hotel grounds, including gardens, lawns, pool, walkways, and parking lots to ensure they are clean, safe, and well-presented.
- Perform regular landscaping duties such as trimming, planting, watering, and fertilizing.
- Monitor and maintain outdoor facilities, including irrigation systems, lighting, and outdoor seating to ensure they are in proper working condition.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve any issues that could affect the aesthetic quality of the hotel's exterior.
- Plan and implement seasonal landscaping projects, ensuring the grounds are attractive and inviting year-round.
- Safely operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools, reporting any malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.
- Collaborate with hotel management and the maintenance team to plan special projects and improvements.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of outdoor events and activities as required.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and environmental regulations.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in landscaping or groundskeeping, preferably in a hospitality or commercial setting.
- Strong knowledge of horticultural practices, plant care, and irrigation.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the hotel environment and guest demands.

-Willingness to work with the Maintenance team to complete other duties as determined by the Chief Engineer.

- Valid driver's license required.
