Job Summary:

As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean and comfortable stay. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and common areas, providing exceptional service that enhances the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean, dust, polish, and vacuum guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.

- Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities, as needed.

- Ensure rooms are stocked with appropriate supplies and maintain inventory levels.

- Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed, to maintain pristine conditions.

- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.

- Deliver a high standard of cleanliness and presentation consistently.

- Respect guests' privacy and follow all safety and security procedures.

- Provide friendly, prompt, and professional service to all guests.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is an advantage but not essential.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
