The Holiday Inn & Conference Center is seeking motivated team-members within our Food & Beverage department!

Physical Requirements:  Must be able to stand for 5 hour shift.  Position requires occasional stooping, bending and lifting of up to 50 lbs. 

Working hours: Will vary dependent on hotel occupancy. Shift work -  days and hours may vary from week to week. Ability to work weekends required. May have occasional overtime during special events and full occupancy.   Schedule will be dictated by Food & Beverage Mgr.

Job Duties:

  • Removes dirty dishes, glassware and silverware from stacking area and carries items back to the dishwashing area to be washed.
  • Pre-washes dishes, pots, pans, etc., as needed before stacking in dishwasher.
  • Operates dishwasher in accordance with manufacturer's instructions.
  • Dries dishes as needed and places them in proper storage area.
  • Maintains a safe work area keeping area as clean and dry as possible.
  • Mops work area and kitchen upon completion of shift.
  • Performs other related duties as requested by the Food & Beverage Manager.
