Physical Requirements: Standing and walking required. Position requires frequent stooping, bending and lifting of up to 25 lbs.  Reaching and stretching required.  

Working hours: Will vary dependent on hotel occupancy. Must be able to work weekend shifts as needed.  Typical hours are 4:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.  but additional hours may be scheduled due to special events and when full occupancy occurs.

Job Duties:

1. Prepares the daily breakfast spread in accordance with hotel procedures. 

2. Keeps coffee, juice, drinks and breakfast items replenished throughout the shift.

3. Keeps the hotel lobby and tables cleared and clean during shift.

4. Keeps drink, food and supplies inventoried and advises the appropriate manager of items needed to be ordered. 

5. Follows proper food handling and storage procedures.

6. Other duties as assigned by the General Manager or as business and demand dictates.
